Enabling Work Assessments
There are many businesses that have valuable staff, who feel they are becoming unable to continue effectively in their job due to an unexpected illness/disability/Repetitive Strain Injury.
The impact between keeping this individual and having to employ someone new could be a cost of thousands of pounds to the organisation. An EnablingWork Assessment means less impact on your budgets and enables you to keep the expertise of your valued employee.
EnablingWork Assessments are totally focussed on assessing an individuals job role, understanding their immediate and long term issues and then finding solutions to those problems.
Step One:
An experienced assessor undertakes an EnablingWork Assessment. This is done by asking a range of questions, working through the tasks that are causing concern, and assessing their work environment.
Step Two:
A report is then written outlining the current situation, all recommended solutions, and an outline of the future benefits of these changes.
We will also offer suggested timescales for the changes and give guidance on suppliers and prices of equipment if needed.
The report will be provided to both the organisation and the individual being assessed. We aim to provide these reports within 10 working days of the EnablingWork Assessment.
Our Prices:
We only charge £350 plus VAT per EnablingWork Assessment.
Prices are for UK only – please contact us for prices outside of the UK.
Mileage and any other related costs will also be charged.
