Accessible Formats
All our services are individually tailored to suit your requirements and those of your clients. We therefore price our packages at competitive rates based on the amount and detail of work required to complete the job to a high standard, using only the best premium quality materials.
Upon receiving your enquiry we will personally contact you to discuss fully the work you need and what it will involve. Following this we will supply you with a quote for the work. This quote will not include the cost of packing and the recorded delivery posting of your order as this is calculated according to size and weight at the time of posting. In addition the quote may be subject to change should we come across any difficulties not mentioned at the time of enquiry, or you make changes to the order. All changes to the original quote will be discussed with you before proceeding or continuing with the work.
Following the receipt of your purchase order we will begin work on your order straight away. We aim to have all orders dispatched either to yourself or directly to your client within 7 – 14 working days depending on the amount of work involved and the number of documents required. Our invoice for the work including the cost of P & P will be sent directly to the billing address as stated by yourself at the time of order.
Assistive Technology Assessments
All bookings are taken with a £100 non-refundable deposit per assessment with the balance of £150 plus travel costs as agreed at the time of booking payable upon receipt of the written report.
Should you for any reason cancel the booking without arranging a new date your deposit will not be refunded.
Should Enabling Work Ltd have to cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances, and is unable to provide you with an alternative date for the assessment we will return your deposit directly to you.
Assistive Technology Training
All bookings are taken with a £100 non-refundable deposit per session with the remaining balance plus travel and any additional costs as agreed at the time of booking payable upon completion of the agreed training.
Should you for any reason cancel the booking without arranging a new date your deposit will not be refunded.
Should Enabling Work Ltd have to cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances, and is unable to provide you with an alternative date for the training we will return your £100 deposit directly to you.
Payment Methods
- Payments are to be made in full within 30 days
- Credit is NOT available
- By cheque or PO made out to Enabling Work Ltd and sent to Enabling Work Ltd. 6 Llwynifan, Llangennech. Llanelli. SA14 8AJ
Seminars and Workshops
All seminars / workshops run on the condition that a minimum number of 10 places have been booked.
All reservations must be paid for in full at time of booking.
Discount for Group Bookings – book 5 places and get 6th place free.
Payment can be made by cheque or PO made out to Enabling Work Ltd and sent to Enabling Work Ltd. 6 Llwynifan, Llangennech. Llanelli. SA14 8AJ
Your booking will then be confirmed on receipt of payment.
Transfer of a booking on the same seminar / workshop at a different venue or date may be possible at the discretion of Enabling Work staff.
Cancellation Fees:
- 20+ working days 20% of total cost per place
- 11 – 20 working days 50% of total cost per place
- 1 – 20 working days 100% of total cost per place
All cancellation s are to be made in writing to seminars@enablingwork.co.uk
If a member of staff is unable to attend you are more than welcome to send another member of staff in their place, but please notify us in written of these changes.
Prices quoted are correct at the time of booking.
We reserve the right to alter prices.
We reserve the right to alter dates and venues without liability.
If we have to cancel a seminar / workshop due to unforeseen circumstances and are unable to run it at another time you will be fully refunded.
Course content / details may change according to market and environmental demands / changes.
All materials supplied by Enabling Work Ltd cannot be used or relied upon for use in legal matters.
Enabling Work Ltd employees, trainers and consultants accept no responsibility or liability for the actions of or any loss incurred by any delegates who have attended an Enabling Work Ltd workshop / seminar / training session.
Enabling Work Ltd employees, trainers and consultants accept no responsibility or liability for the actions of or any loss incurred by any individual/s who have read or have been told of the contents / notes of any Enabling Work Ltd seminars / workshops / training.
